1. Your payment covers the classes you schedule for the month.
2. I will start your classes as soon as I receive your first payment.
3. Please make your payments before the new month begins.
4. Your payment secures your class schedule; if it's not received before the first class, I may need to offer your spot to another student.
5. Your payment reserves the teacher's time for your chosen schedule, so it's important to attend your classes as planned.
6. You can reschedule up to the number of classes you take weekly (e.g., if you have 2 classes a week, you can reschedule up to 2 classes a month).
7. To reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
8. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your class, I won't be able to reschedule, and the class will be forfeited.
9. Rescheduled classes need to be taken within two weeks and can't be rescheduled again.
10. I will give you a list of available times for rescheduling; while we can't guarantee the same time, we'll do our best to find a spot that works for you. Please note that rescheduled classes can't overlap with your regular ones.
11. Making a payment means you agree to these terms and conditions.
